Refund policy

Because each portrait is custom-made and personalized, all sales are final and non-refundable once your order is placed. However, your satisfaction is very important to me!

If for any reason you are not happy with your portrait, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your completed artwork and I’ll issue a full refund (full refund is the base cost plus taxes. This doesn't include tips). Tips are non refundable. 

Refunds are only available under the following conditions:

• The request is made within 7 days of receiving the final portrait.

• The portrait has not been printed, used commercially, or altered by the customer.

Please note: Because of the custom nature of each order, refunds will not be granted for reasons unrelated to artwork dissatisfaction (e.g., change of mind, incorrect photo submission).
