When will my portrait arrive?
Digital: by the end of the next day, 11:59 p.m. CST; peak season may take longer.
Prints: usually ship in 1 to 3 business days, occasionally up to 4, plus carrier transit. Tracking is emailed at shipment. No expedited shipping.
Do prints include a digital download?
Print orders include an emailed preview. Downloadable JPG and PNG files are sold separately as a digital portrait.
Can you draw more than one pet?
Yes, up to five pets in one portrait. Select your pet count; the price updates with your choice.
What kind of photo should I upload?
One well-lit photo per pet, with their face clearly visible. No group photos. Upload on the product page.
