Yep. Names are optional. The portrait text
also doesn’t have to be your pet’s name. It can be dates, quotes, or your pet’s nickname.

We generally accept any photo as long as the photo isn’t tiny, blurry, or extremely dark/bright. Also we only accept jpeg, png, or any image format. Refrain from sending pet portraits in word documents or pdf files.

Every portrait order will be sent in a jpeg and png file that can print in 8x10in (20.32 x 25.4 cm).

All orders placed before midnight (CST) will receive their order the by the end of the next day.

Yes you can if you placed two separate orders (one for the individual portraits for each animal and one for group portraits). You can't request individual portraits if you only placed a group portrait order and vice versa.

When you make your order on the product page, select "One" on the first order question. This means that you want only one pet on one portrait. Finish the rest of the questions in the form and include your photo and add it to your cart. Repeat the same for each pet.

Yes. Once you place a custom order you can use it for personal use and commercial use.
